I like to make enough for the week. I have an extra seasoning jar that I store my mix in, but you can just keep it in a glass container.
1 1/2 tbs fine sea salt, pink salt, or fine kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp sugar
You can double, or triple this recipe, and use it on chicken, pork, beef, or fish.
