Ingredients:
1 Premade angel cake, cut into 1″ cubes
1 Tub cool whip
1 Package instant cheese cake pudding
1 Pint Blueberries
1 Pint Strawberries sliced
Trifle bowl (or bowl equally as deep)
Directions:
This recipe is all about the layers. And because it’s no bake and extremely easy, this is the perfect kid friendly recipe. Though I must warn you, it is extremely addicting.
Begin making your instant pudding (follow package instructions). Combine pudding and two cups of your cool whip in a bowl. Layer the bottom of a trifle bowl (or bowl at least 5’deep) with cubed angel cake. For the second layer, Spread pudding-cool whip mixture evenly over you first layer of cake. For your third layer evenly distribute strawberries and blueberries over your pudding mixture. Repeat the last three steps. For your final layer, Spread remaining cool whip over your last layer and make a pattern with your fruit horizontally creating a “red, white, and blue striped” pattern as your final layer.
